Return Process

  Log into your BEY KINGDOM account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of initiating the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
